It’s the most wonderful time of the year! For many? It’s also the most difficult. 

From grief, to overcoming food fear and old triggers, finding balance with eating/exercise, enjoying guilt-free festivities, navigating awkward moments and outward judgement,  setting personal boundaries and giving yourself PERMISSION—

I don’t have all the answers, but I do have a lot of thoughts that have helped me along my journey , that I hope can provide light and encouragement to you on yours.
