Sometimes you just need your big sister.
I have been fortunate to spend some time with mine (we don't live close) and when I asked her to come on the pod this week, she immediately said "ok!" Because she's the best. Because she supports me fiercely and always has.
In true Redefine Fitness fashion, this convo is impromptu, unplanned, unedited, and from the heart. It's just us sitting on her closet floor. We discuss female friendships (and heartbreaks).
