Previously, she was the Deputy Health Features Editor at Self.com and the Senior Editor at Health magazine. During her tenure as a writer and editor in the wellness space, she has contributed to national publications including TIME, SELF, Health, Real Simple, and People, among others. Her ultimate goal: to provide evidence-based content that helps a woman make her own decisions about her health, and to define wellness and fitness her way.
